Central North Island - Series of Works

As monoprints, these one-of-a-kind, handmade prints were created using water-based ink on paper. The dimensions of the paper are akin to that of a post card; a nod to New Zealand’s landscape history deeply rooted within tourism. The simple silhouettes describe the big bold shapes of the central plateau, and the cooler palette with pops of pinks and browns hint at the essence of a dawn driving up the Island.
